The Sharjah Airport Authority is conducting a special training course for employees to improve delivery of its services to airport's customers.
The course is arranged in co-ordination with Anthony Peter Smith, lecturer at the Global Institute of Justice and Technology, at different timings with employees divided into groups.
The trainees are from different departments with in Sharjah Airport Authority (ground services and public relations) as well as other government departments represented at the airport which are customs, police and Immigration sections.
The course will stress on the importance of allowing employees to assess themselves and their way when delivering a service to airport users.
It further highlights the factors which affect employee's dealings with customers such as job pressure and angry customers.
