This year's training courses in the "2004 Annual Training Plans" booklet are prepared & will be conducted by Sharjah Airport Authority, Training section. It includes the name & number of different courses, dates & timings of the courses, places to conduct the training courses, aims & goals of the conducted courses & other details which will serve as a guide for airport & other organizations' employees who wish to take advantage by participating in such courses.
Each year, the Training section ensures the selection of a variety of courses which aims not only to improve employees' knowledge & skills but also to boost employees' motivation towards learning how to serve customers with a style. Among these courses are effective team building, Ramp Handling, Serving Customers with a style skills etc.
