Conditions on application for photography at sharjah international airport:

  • This application must be accompanied by a request letter stating the number of visitors, purpose of photography and visiting date. Please fax your request to: Department of Civil Aviation, Director Operations, Security pass office, Sharjah Airport Authority (fax No. 00971-6-5580089) or e-mail; pass@sharjahairport.ae to get the approval.

  • Applications are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Photography permit will be issued upon security clearance

  • After approval of Department of Civil Aviation , you will be duly informed by Security pass office.

    • Confirmation of date and time of photography, along with other relevant documents should be submitted to the Airport Security Pass section at least one day prior to the day intended for photography. Our working hours Sat - thru - Wed, 730hrs to 1500hrs.

  • Applicants are reponsible for their own co-ordination with other parties concerned if photography involves area and premises not under jurisdiction of SAA (e.g. Immigration, customs, Airline counters, shops,etc)

  • The issuing of the photography permit will be at the sole discretion of airport management.
